You set an individual frequency per contact (e.g., every 14 days), specify the preferred channel (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or email), and the app reminds you automatically at the right time.

quik connect is for everyone who has stopped believing that networking 'just happens.' Five minutes is genuinely enough. You open quik connect, instantly see who is due today, send a quick message. Done. No planning, no searching, no overthinking. You can set your daily goal individually: Relaxed (1 contact/day), Normal (2/day), Ambitious (4/day), or Extreme (7/day). The app adapts to your rhythm, not the other way around.

Circles are your personal groups, for example "Investors", "Mentors", "AI Experts" or "Former Colleagues". Each Circle gets an emoji, a color, and an optional topic. You can see at a glance who belongs where, whether you maintain 10 or 200 contacts. A contact can be in multiple Circles at once. Each Circle also shows you a Health Score reflecting how actively you are maintaining the contacts in that group, and can receive AI-powered news summaries on its topic.

You set individually for each contact how often you want to reach out, e.g. every 7 days for close business partners or every 90 days for distant acquaintances. quik connect automatically calculates the next due date from this. Overdue contacts are marked in orange, upcoming ones in blue. The Snooze feature lets you push a contact back by 48 hours if the timing is not right.

Your streak counts how many consecutive days you've reached at least one contact. If you skip a day, the streak breaks, unless you use a Streak Freeze. Freezes are earned passively: every 7 active streak days you automatically receive one Freeze, and you can hold a maximum of 2 at once. New users start with 2 welcome Freezes. Freezes are used automatically when you miss a day, keeping your streak intact. The system rewards consistency without punishing you on stressful days.

The Network Health Score shows you as a percentage how well you're currently maintaining your network. It is based on the ratio of contacts that are not overdue to your total. A score above 80% is rated Excellent (green), 50-79% Good (blue), 25-49% Needs Attention (orange), and below 25% Critical (red). Each Circle also has its own Health Score so you can see at a glance which group you are neglecting.

For each contact reached, you earn 10 XP. Your active streak multiplies these XP: from day 1 you get a +10% bonus, and with a 10-day streak you fully double your XP (2.0x multiplier). There are 13 levels, from 🌱 Newcomer (0 XP) to 🏆 Grand Master (10,000 XP). The system tracks your total XP, your weekly XP for the leaderboard, and your XP for today. In the Stats tab you see your progress bar to the next level and how many XP remain.

quik connect has 50 unlockable badges across 8 categories: contact milestones (1st, 5th, 10th, 25th, 50th, 100th, 200th, 500th, 1,000th, 2,000th messages), streak badges (3 to 365 days), XP badges (500 to 25,000 XP), daily badges (e.g., Early Bird before 8am or Night Owl after 10pm), weekly and monthly badges, and network diversity badges. Special badges like Power Hour (3 contacts in 1 hour), Hat Trick (3+ contacts on 3 consecutive days), or All-Rounder (3 different Circles in one day) reward exceptional behavior. Each new badge triggers a celebration animation.

The global leaderboard ranks all quik connect users weekly by collected XP. You see your current rank (with medal icons for the top 3), your weekly XP, and the top-3 users on the podium. There are also 5 leagues based on weekly XP: Bronze (<50), Silver (50-149), Gold (150-299), Platinum (300-599), and Diamond (600+). Your profile with industry, city, and a short bio is visible to others in the leaderboard.

quik connect uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) for two functions: First, the AI generates on demand personalized conversation starters for a contact, based on name, relationship type, Circle context, and your notes, at most 2 sentences. Second, the AI summarizes the 3 most relevant news items from the web daily for enabled Circles, one sentence each. You have 30 AI queries per month (reset on the 1st), which you can monitor in settings along with your remaining quota. Only name, relationship type, and your own notes are sent to the AI, never phone numbers, email addresses, or contact history.

quik connect has 12 individually toggle-able notification types: due contact reminders, overdue contacts, streak protection (48h before your streak expires), inactivity nudge (when you have been idle for a while), level-up, daily goal reached, leaderboard rank change, badge unlocked, morning motivation (7am), weekly recap (Sunday), midweek nudge (Wednesday), and evening reminder. Notifications for due contacts include direct action buttons: Done marks the contact as reached, Snooze pushes it back 48 hours, all without opening the app.

quik connect offers 6 iOS widgets: Due Contacts (shows your top 5 overdue contacts with Circle color), Network Day (today's contacts at a glance), Streak (current streak with fire emoji), Your Week (today's count, weekly XP, and level), Level Progress (current level and XP bar to next), and Leaderboard Position (your rank among all users). All widgets are available in small and medium size and update automatically.

Your contacts, Circles, and history data are securely stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) and synced in real time across all your devices. You can export all your data as JSON at any time (GDPR Art. 15), delete all data without losing your account (GDPR Art. 17), or permanently delete your account and all associated data. No data is shared with advertising partners or third parties. The AI receives only anonymized context (name, relationship type, your own notes), never phone numbers, email addresses, or your contact history.
