2. General information on data processing
We generally process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing usually only takes place after consent of the user or where the processing is permitted by legal regulations.
Where consent of the data subject is obtained for processing operations of personal data, Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis. For processing necessary for the performance of a contract Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR. For legal obligations Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. c GDPR. For legitimate interests Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR.
3. Hosting
Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (processing within the EU). Personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of IONOS. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, names, website accesses and other data generated through a website.
The hoster is used in the interest of secure, fast and efficient delivery of our online offer by a professional provider (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR has been concluded with IONOS.
4. Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. Storage takes place for a maximum of 30 days for technical security and error analysis.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use both session cookies that are deleted at the end of a session and persistent cookies that remain on your device for a maximum of two years.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
If cookies are used on our website that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the website, this is done exclusively on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 paragraph 1 TTDSG. You can revoke your consent at any time via our cookie consent banner.
6. Contact and email
When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the user's information is stored for processing the contact request and its handling. We do not pass this data on without your consent. The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR for contractual requests as well as Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR within the scope of our legitimate interest in answering your request. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of processing.
7. Forms and submission to our CRM (Odoo)
Via our forms , community waitinglist, project/idea submission and expert enquiry , we collect the data you provide (e.g. first and last name, business email address, project or profile details, and voluntary information about your role, focus and motivation). The data is transmitted via a secure, server-side proxy on our hosting, encrypted (HTTPS), to our CRM system Odoo (Odoo S.A., Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Ramillies, Belgium; Odoo Online, hosted in the EU), where it is stored as a lead/contact. The Odoo credentials are stored exclusively server-side and are not exposed in the browser.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (mandatory checkbox on the form) as well as the initiation of a contract and our legitimate interest in handling your request under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with Odoo. You can revoke your consent at any time by emailing info@quik-services.de; your data will then be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.
8. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The Tag Manager loads and manages tags on a consent basis and sets no cookies itself. Google Analytics 4 measures reach using pseudonymised usage data (measurement ID G-LXQT7TVDNC) and sets cookies (e.g. _ga).
Statistics and marketing services are activated exclusively after your consent via our own cookie banner; until then they remain disabled via Google Consent Mode v2 (default "denied"). A transfer of data to the USA may take place (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG.
9. Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console (Google Ireland Limited) as a webmaster tool to analyse our website's visibility in Google Search (e.g. search queries, impressions, clicks at an aggregated, anonymous level). Search Console sets no cookies on this website and collects no personal visitor data via the site; the data originates from the Google index. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in optimising our online offer).
10. Fonts and icons (self-hosted)
All typefaces and the icon library (Font Awesome) are served exclusively and locally from our own server (IONOS). No fonts or icons are loaded from external providers (e.g. Google Fonts) or via a content delivery network; no IP address is transmitted to third parties.
11. Cookie consent and consent management
Your cookie consent is managed through our own cookie banner. No external consent-management tool and no third-party provider is involved. Your selection (necessary, statistics, marketing) is stored exclusively locally in your browser in localStorage under the key quik_consent and controls, via Google Consent Mode v2, whether statistics and marketing services load. You can adjust or revoke your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and § 25(2) TTDSG for strictly necessary storage.
12. Your rights as a data subject
If your personal data is processed by us, you are a data subject within the meaning of GDPR and you have the following rights against the controller:

We reserve the right to adjust this privacy policy so that it always meets the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services, for example when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
