Information under § 5 TMG
Liability for content
The content of our pages has been created with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws according to § 7 paragraph 1 TMG. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are however not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is however only possible from the point in time at which a concrete legal violation becomes known. Once we become aware of any such legal violations we will remove the content concerned immediately.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties whose content we have no influence over. For this reason we cannot accept any liability for this third party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognisable at the time of linking.
A permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is however not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. If we become aware of any legal violations we will remove such links immediately.
Copyright
The content and works on these pages created by the site operator are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non commercial use.
Where the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third party content is identified as such. Should you become aware of a copyright infringement nevertheless, we ask you to let us know. Once we become aware of any legal violations we will remove such content immediately.
Data protection
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data is collected on our pages, this is done as far as possible on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We point out that data transmission over the internet (for example when communicating by email) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. The use of contact data published as part of the imprint duty by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly objected to. The operators of the pages reserve the right to take legal steps in the event of unsolicited delivery of advertising information, for example through spam mails.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
